Sunlight Report 3
Developing a full-length adventure game is a hard task
that requires a lot of discipline especially when you do it basically alone.
I've done this two times and I will hopefully do this several times again.
However the second part of "A Second Face" is becoming a neck breaking work.
More than 200 backgrounds are already done.
50 Characters are ready.
The full story and screen play exists.
But still there is so much work left.
60 minutes of music still have to be composed.
Thousands of detailed scenes still have to be drawn and animated.
Tons of dialogs have to be put into a scripted form.
More and more details rise with every decision.
This is my largest game project so far and it has accompanied me
through three countries, several other jobs, good and bad times.
Anyway I am sure this is going to turn into my best creation so far.

Thank you for using so much time and effort to create unforgettable and incredible adventure games! I've been following your work for years, and I'll never forget the wonder that I felt playing A Second Face (and the Earl Bobby series!) during high school, and now I've just graduated college, still in love with your games and AGS.
AntwortenLöschenI can't wait to re-play Version 1.7! I'm recently read through the Sketchbook that you released, and I re-lived the game while looking at the beautiful architecture and character models.
Also, I nearly died of disbelief when I saw my old fan art on the last page of it, from years ago! However, I nearly died of embarrassment since the proportions and style were so off! I must work on a better tribute to your games sometime soon, since many years have passed since then and I've had more time to work on my drawing. :)
If there's anything at all that I could assist with, be it game-related or anything else, please let me know. Thank you again so very much for the beautiful creations that you've given to the world. :)

man i cant wait to get the second part ^_^ i am glad you keep it up and its really was almost heart attack ending at the first one and i was like "i got to play the next part!" haha
